Unlimited was started in July of 1996 with the Broker
and one agent. The firm was the fastest growing real
estate company in Harrisonburg and Rockingham County
over the next five years.
In 1998 the company started
a full time relocation department for corporations and
individuals moving into and out of our area. Our company
today services many national corporations including
Merck, Circuit City, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Morningstar,
and others. We are affiliated with ERC (The Employee
Relocation Council) and Cendant Mobility.
In 2000 the company opened
a commercial and investment division that has been rapidly
growing. The company also doubled its office space to
accommodate the additional agents wanting to join the
firm, bringing our number up to 18 with two full time
staff members.
In 2003 we brought in Spanish
speaking agents to accommodate the ever-growing Hispanic
population in our area. Today our firm has 3 agents
who can speak Spanish fluently and 33 agents total.
Our company and agents have
received multiple awards over the years including:
• Gold Medallion award two years
• Quality Service award four different years
• Centurion Award two years
• Masters’ Award four years
Because of our growth and
needing more space, the company is purchasing a new
4700 square foot facility on Neff Avenue in Harrisonburg
with plans to occupy the building by September 2005.
